FABRIC SWATCHES/SAMPLES:

You can provide me with the colour option closest possible to the colour of my choice, I trust your judgement
I will provide you with colour samples of my wedding that I would like for you to use as a guideline (Please note all courier costs will be at your own expense)
Please source fabric samples and courier your selection to me for approval (Please note all courier costs will be at your own expense)

SHIPPING:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. OUR PRODUCTS:

1.1. All our dresses are made to order, we do not have stock that is ready to be sold.
1.2. The production time for our dresses is between 4-6 weeks, please ensure that you place your order in time.
1.3. We begin with the order once the payment has been made in full, and reflects into our account.
1.4. Please make sure that your contact details are correct so we can get in touch with you.

2. PAYMENTS REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS:

2.1. The only payment method for online orders accepted is EFT.
2.2. Should your order be incorrect, please notify us within two days of receiving it, and we will get in touch with you to resolve the issue.
2.3. We are very proud of our products, and will gladly exchange the product or refund your money if you feel that the quality is not up to standard. Please note that you cannot exchange your product for a different style, size, colour, etc.
2.4. We can only process the refund once the product(s) has been returned to us and is in our possession. The product has to be in the same condition it was in when received, and should not have been worn.
2.5. All cancellations must be made no later than 7 days after placing the order to ensure a 100% refund. Should orders be cancelled more than 7 days after the order has been placed, only 50% of the amount will be refunded.

3. SIZING:

3.1. If the sizing is incorrect on your part unfortunately we can’t exchange the product for a different size, as all our dresses are made to order. To avoid this please ensure that you refer to our sizing chart, and also send the measurements as requested in the order form, so we can double check and make sure that we provide you with a product that fits perfectly.

4. SHIPPING AND COLLECTION:

4.1. Please note that the shipping time is not included in the 4-6 weeks production time.
4.2. Simoné Meyer Bridal Design does not take responsibility for the shipping company once the parcel is in their possession. We will provide you with a tracking number so you can view the progress of the delivery and track your parcel at all times.
4.3. If you require fabric swatches/samples to be couriered for your approval, please note that the shipping costs are not included, and will be added to your invoice.
4.4. All items returned by means of courier is at the expense of the client.
4.5. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
4.6. Simoné Meyer Bridal Design does not take responsibility for any lost/damaged or miss-delivered products, or late deliveries.
4.7. Please make sure that your delivery/shipping address is correct. Simoné Meyer Bridal Design does not take responsibility for delivery an incorrect address provided by the client.
4.8. Collection hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays 15:00-17:30, and selected Saturdays. All collections on appointment only.

5. SWATCHES/SAMPLES, FABRICS AND TRIMS:

5.1. Once you have placed your order and have made your payment, sourcing is included in the costs.
5.2. Should you require sourcing before placing an order the costs will be R200, excluding the shipping cost of the fabric swatches/samples.
5.3. Minimum of three (3) swatches/samples will be sourced, should you require more it will be at an additional cost.
5.4. From time to time Simoné Meyer Bridal Design may have to substitute a particular flower, ribbon, lace or certain fabrics with an item of similar nature due to availability.
5.5. Colouring of the fabric might vary slightly due to availability.
5.6. Simoné Meyer Bridal Design does not accept fabric from clients for the production of their dresses. You are however welcome to provide Simoné Meyer Bridal Design with colour samples/swatches of your wedding to assist them with sourcing fabric closest to your colour selection.
